Is there a minimum order for free delivery?
There’s a flat $50 minimum order for delivery. Orders below this amount are subject to a $10 “small order fee”.

Can I order split cases of beverages?
Most beverages may be purchased by the case or by the six-pack, with no up charge. Beverages that are sold as “Assortments” are sold by the case only.

Can I special order an item that’s not on your list?
Many items are available as “special orders”. Just let us know what you’re looking for, and if the item is available it will take one to two weeks for delivery (subject to the $50 minimum order). Our list grows “by demand”, so special order items very often get added to our regular product list!

I’m ready to place my first order. How do I set up an account?
All you need to do to set up an account is place an order! If you choose to do so by fax or internet, we will call you to confirm your account information and answer any questions you may have.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Our cut-off time for order processing is 4PM, and our delivery schedule is as follows:

  • Downtown – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • DTC, Inverness, South/East Denver Metro - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Cherry Creek – Monday and Wednesday
  • Boulder, Broomfield, North Denver Metro – Tuesday and Thursday
  • Lakewood, Golden, Englewood, West Denver Metro – Thursday

We respond manually to all email and internet orders confirming delivery date.

Can you deliver outside of your regular delivery schedule?
We will make every effort to accommodate “emergency orders” and other special situations and requests. If we can do it, we will! There is no extra charge for a “special delivery”.

How do I pay for my order?
We offer several payment options:

  1. Credit card by phone (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express)
  2. Net 10 day terms: We will leave an invoice at the time of delivery so that you may process payment by check in the mail.
  3. Check or cash on delivery: If you choose to pay COD we will let you know of your total before the delivery and you will receive a 2% discount.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, food and beverage consumed in the course of business are taxable by law; therefore we are required to collect city and state sales tax. If your organization is tax exempt, we will need a copy of your exemption certificate to keep on file.

Can I set up a “standing order”?
We can set up a standing order for you to be delivered weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. If you wish, we’ll check with you before we process your order each time, in case you need to make any adjustments

Do you supply coffee brewers?
Coffee brewing equipment is supplied at no charge, subject to a minimum monthly order and other terms and conditions. Please call us for more information about full coffee service.

Do you provide vending services?
We have a wide network of quality vending service providers that we can refer at no cost to you, and we also offer limited vending services in house. Please contact us to discuss your vending needs in detail.

Do you ship orders outside of the Denver Metro area?
We do not ship canned and bottled beverages outside of our delivery area. Due to the fragile nature and large weight of these items, the shipping costs are excessive and disproportionate!
